Meet Joan Witt
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Catholic woman of faith, and seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families through growth, change, and purpose-filled living.
My journey has included serving as a therapist, hospice social worker, clinical director, educator, and family mediator — and at the heart of it all, I’ve always been drawn to helping women live in alignment with who God created them to be.
Today, I coach Christian women in midlife who are in committed marriages and leading full, often very busy lives — with adult children, grandchildren, work, ministry, and more. These women aren’t lacking purpose — they’re often holding too much of it.
And while they’ve already done deep spiritual and personal work, many find themselves longing for a new kind of growth — one marked by clarity, confidence, joy, and a sense of peace with how they spend their time and energy.
I help them pause with intention. Together, we create space to reset, re-align, and move forward in balance — so they can thrive in the life they already love, with more grace and less strain.
